Job Summary:

Otto Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and skilled Plumber and Gasfitter to join our growing team in Edmonton. We are seeking a J-man with hands-on experience servicing residential and light commercial plumbing, heating and cooling systems. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical equipment including plumbing work, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and commercial rooftop units. Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing work, as well as HVAC systems including furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and RTUs Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Complete accurate service reports and communicate findings to customers and office staff Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Collaborate with the service manager and dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient service calls Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and inventory of parts Stay current with codes, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

Registered JM in Alberta Valid Alberta driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
