experienced Plow Truck Operators

to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

Position Overview:

This is a

seasonal, on-call role

suited for skilled operators who are ready to work whenever the snow falls--day, night, weekends, or holidays. You'll play a key part in ensuring that our commercial clients' parking lots, roadways, and access areas are cleared quickly and safely.

Responsibilities:

Operate plow trucks to clear snow and ice from commercial properties (lots, access roads, and sidewalks). Follow assigned routes and service schedules to complete snow removal efficiently and safely. Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections of trucks and plow equipment, reporting any maintenance issues. Maintain clear communication with dispatch and adhere to all company and safety protocols. Respond promptly to service calls and deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of commercial plow truck experience

(required). Valid

driver's license

with a clean abstract. Strong knowledge of snow removal operations, equipment handling, and safety procedures. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and during irregular hours (nights, weekends, and holidays). Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow instructions with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
