Position Overview:

We are currently hiring an Plow Loader Operator/Labourer who also has a Class 3 license (with preference given to candidates who also hold an air brake endorsement) to join our team for the remainder of the Snow Clearing season. This is a hands-on role involving operating a skid steer for snow clearing with the possibility of driving hauling truck for job sites needs.

The position will run until the end of the winter season (till the end of March, weather depending), with opportunity for continued employment through the summer for candidates interested in concrete and asphalt operations and who demonstrate reliability and strong performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Plow Loader for snow clearing Operate Class 3 trucks (with or without air) for hauling, dumping, or supporting job site logistics Perform general physical labour (shoveling, lifting, loading/unloading, site cleanup) Operate hand tools and light machinery (as experience allows) Follow directions from crew leads and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe job site Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily goals

Qualifications:

Valid Class 3 drivers license (with or without air) Must have reliable means to travel to and from work Experience with operating a Loader Experience with snow clearing Comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision Steel-toe boots and high-visibility vest required on job sites
