Job Title: Playground Installer

Location: Various job sites (travel required)

About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and reliable Playground Installer to join our team. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in building things, and doesn't mind putting in the effort to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely install playground equipment and site amenities according to specifications

Operate power tools and heavy equipment (forklift, skid steer, etc.)

Load, unload, and move materials (ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly)

Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Lead small crews on site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Travel to out-of-town job sites as required (overnight stays may be necessary)

Be flexible to work longer hours when deadlines require it

What We're Looking For:

Physically strong and able to handle heavy lifting

Dependable and committed to showing up on time, every day

Experience with power tools and equipment operation (forklift, skid steer, etc.)

Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions

Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team

Valid driver's license

(required)

Previous construction, landscaping, or installation experience is an asset
