We are a child centred indoor playground where we believe children learn and grow through play. We focus on imaginative and creative play. We offer drop in play times, party bookings and will be adding Mommy and me Programs.

As a lead customer service representative you will report to the management team, supporting the everyday operations. Your goal being to create a team environment, making sure customer service is the forefront of the daily operations.
What to expect each day
Check customers in and out of drop in play, schedule parties and register program attendees for classes.
Cafe operation's; taking cafe orders, as well as food and drink preparation
Assist with birthday parties and private bookings
Assist in the operation of all programs.
Cleaning and sanitization
Training and mentoring other staff members
This role will require you to work alone at times
We are open 7 Days a week , this position requires some weekday, weekend and evening shifts
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Minimum high school graduate.
6 Months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience based environment.
Self starter who's comfortable working alone and solving problems as they arise
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Having experience working with children, or at an indoor playground is an asset.
Required to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Clear criminal record check dated within the last 6 months
