We're seeking a charismatic Play Downtown Host & Content Creator to bring energy and life to every activation. This isn't a background gig -- you'll be the face of the moment. Your role is to spark joy, draw crowds, lead pop-up games, and transform sidewalks into stages. You'll also collaborate with our Digital Communications Specialist to create social media content that captures the vibrant spirit of downtown.

A strong on-camera presence with social media know-how.
Skilled at improvising and building instant rapport with people of all ages.
Passionate about community, the arts, and physical play.
Flexible and reliable, especially for weekends and lunch-hour activations.
Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing, and unpredictable environments.
Assets (not required but great to have):
Experience in theatre, street performance, or as a live MC.
A following or experience as a social media creator.
Familiarity with downtown Edmonton's culture and community.
Interest in youth development, equity, or physical activity initiatives.
