Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing the customer's understanding and interest. Engage in technology sales, offering knowledgeable advice on technical products to meet customer needs. Perform merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain organized sales areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness at all times. Exhibit strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with customers and team members.
