What You\'ll Do

Senior IT Consultants at BCG Platinion are:

• Collaborative. They are interdisciplinary team players who seek alignment and establish relationships ranging from cross-functional stakeholder groups to existing teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. They know the path forward isn\'t always well-defined. They are comfortable and confident working through the unknown.
• Technical experts. They are critical thinkers and have extensive IT expertise that drives novel solutions routed in complexity.
• Generalists. They have a solid technical foundation and wide range of experience to guide any client on any challenge, agnostic of industry.
• Change agents. They know how to make change happen across an organization. They can align and onboard teams to implement new processes and toolsets. They embrace complex challenges and guide an organization to optimize IT best practices.

You\'re Good At:

• Orchestrating technical program delivery across business stakeholders, complex vendor landscapes and technology ecosystems
• Diagnosing current state technology and developing future state IT architecture through technical requirements and evaluation (e.g., vendor landscape, vendor assessments/selections automation, tech cost benefits analysis, eCommerce, platform valuation and design)
• Delivering data and digital platforms using techniques such as A gile , DevSecOps , and Cloud native architectures
• Developing technology strategies and roadmaps that enable the client\'s defined business outcomes while consider ing technical trends within the market
• Designing and i mplementing governance frameworks to guide decision making and address change in a complex environment
• Communicating the differences and benefits between multiple cloud computing providers

What You\'ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

You Bring:

• BA/BS in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls or a related field
• 4+ years of professional consulting experience in the execution and management of technology
• Experience in IT delivery, implementation or strategy and process development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to perform in high pressure situations
• The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment- proposing innovative ideas, building empathy within the firm, and winning the trust of the clients
• A highly professional and driven mindset, with the ability to think strategically and end-to-end
• Entrepreneurial know-how, proactiveness, and productiveness
• A distinct client and results orientated mindset
• Good interpersonal skills, but also judgment independency and autonomy
• The highest ethical standards
• Purposeful travel based on client and business needs. Expect 30-50% travel

The first year base compensation for this role is $130,000 in USD.

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG\'s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below.
