We are seeking a

Platform Reliability Engineer

to support and optimize our platform services across Azure and AWS. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, cloud-native service operations, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for building reliable, secure, and scalable platform components that empower development and operations teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.


This role requires proficiency in cloud infrastructure, automation, and SRE practices. You will be responsible for optimizing platform operations, driving cost efficiencies, and enabling consistent service reliability through observability and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the design and implementation of core platform services that enable development teams to build, deploy, and operate applications reliably. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and scripts using tools like Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation. Monitor and maintain compute, storage, networking, and data plane infrastructure for scalability and performance. Collaborate with cloud, security, and development teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise architecture and compliance. Implement observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and other tooling. Troubleshoot platform-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement. Participate in controlled deployment activities, ensuring validation steps and guardrails are in place. Support cost optimization initiatives across cloud-native services (e.g., compute, storage, Synapse). Contribute to platform modernization efforts, including migration to governance frameworks like Unity Catalog.

Technical Profile:



3-6 years in platform engineering, site reliability, or cloud infrastructure roles Proficient in Azure and/or AWS cloud environments Strong scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash) IaC experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation CI/CD tooling experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Monitoring and observability (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus) Familiarity with security, access control models, and cloud compliance standards Working knowledge of SRE practices, including SLO/SLI development

Functional Profile:



Ability to work cross-functionally with security, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams Experience working in agile or iterative development environments Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through Comfortable with proactive platform ownership and incident response Track record of improving platform performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.35/hour - $66.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
