About the team



We are a small, but dedicated, team inspired by the intricacies of seeds that is aiming to solve complex problems. We are working intimately to develop robust data sets on seedling growth. What you'll actually be doing



Grow and monitor seeds and plants in a greenhouse/plant chamber setting Label outcomes (e.g., disease, growth traits) to improve our machine learning models Run PCR and/or ELISA tests for disease detection Keep organized records and flag anomalies or issues in real time Troubleshoot independently and keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for



Experience working with plants in a greenhouse or lab Comfort with PCR, ELISA, and basic plant pathology Extreme attention to detail and care in handling data Someone self-directed and proactive -- not afraid to solve problems solo A real interest in sustainability, food systems, or agtech Someone who wants to grow with us

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
