What You'll Be Doing

Operate and monitor crushing and wash plant equipment to ensure optimal performance Perform routine maintenance and inspections to maintain equipment reliability Safely manage material flow and stockpile organization Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold safety standards

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and plant machinery safely and effectively Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment functionality Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
