As the

Operations Integration Manager

, you will play a key role in integrating new machinery into the existing operation, overseeing daily production activities and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing machines. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, maintaining quality control, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our other team members to meet production targets while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate the integration of new machines and ancillary equipment into our existing operations as we grow. Managing production schedules and resource allocation. Overseeing machine performance ensuring optimal operation of equipment. Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensuring adherence to quality control standards and identifying areas for improvement. Leading and mentoring the production team to achieve operational excellence. Managing inventory levels and coordinating materials. Directing maintenance to ensure timely machine repairs and prevent downtime. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
