Juewei Food Canada is a CFIA-certified food processing company with licensed meat processing capabilities and the ability to export products to the United States. As our operations continue to expand and production capacity increases, we are seeking an experienced, strong, and communicative Plant Manager to take full responsibility for overseeing our facility's daily operations.

Job Responsibilities / ????

Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient, safe, and smooth production.

???????? CFIA?HACCP?SQF?USDA/FDA???????????
Ensure full regulatory compliance with CFIA, HACCP, SQF, and USDA/FDA requirements.

????????????????????????
Manage production scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.

? QA?QC?Sanitation?Maintenance?Warehouse ???????????????????
Collaborate closely with QA/QC, sanitation, maintenance, and warehouse teams to maintain food safety and quality standards.

?????????????CFIA?SQF??????
Lead and support audit preparation for CFIA, SQF, and customer audits.

?????????????????????????
Implement cost control measures and monitor yield, material usage, and inventory.

????????????????????????????
Lead and develop plant staff through training, performance management, and team leadership.

????????????????????????
Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure all key machinery operates reliably.

Promote 5S, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide regular operational updates and production reports to senior management.

Job Requirements / ????

?? 3-5 ????????????????????????????
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or plant management.

?? CFIA?HACCP?GMP?SSOP?SQF ?????????
Strong working knowledge of CFIA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and SQF.

??????????????????
Proven leadership in production planning and team management.

???????????????????????
Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and solve operational issues.

???????????????????QA????????
Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams.

??????????
Experience managing multiple shifts is an asset.

?????????????
Bilingual (Mandarin/English) is an asset.
