Our Calgary Manufacturing team is actively searching for a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to take charge at our facility. As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Responsibility:



Foster strong relationships with management and teams, enhancing employee engagement, communication, and training. Offer expert guidance to production departments, coaching managers and supervisors to align actions with company strategy. Mentor and cultivate leadership skills within the team. Develop strategies to meet the company's growth requirements at the Calgary facility. Set and monitor production levels in line with projections. Manage the Calgary manufacturing budget, monitoring performance and taking corrective action as needed. Lead process enhancements for increased productivity, quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, and employee relations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead measures. Regularly collaborate with the leadership team to assess achievements and adapt goals as needed. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to recruit and onboard staff effectively. Contribute insights to strategic business development and corporate planning impacting company operations.

Qualifications:



Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Over 10 years of progressive management experience, preferably in sheet metal manufacturing or related sectors. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Proven track record of achieving consistent financial results. Strong planning and leadership abilities. Commitment to employee development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Dedication to continuous improvement.
