Redoe Group, a world class designer and manufacturer of tooling for global automotive and industrial markets, has an opening for a Plant Controller in Lasalle, Ontario. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Plant Controller will provide support on the following: \xc2\xb7 Internal audit of policy & procedures and continuously improve them as needed \xc2\xb7 Supervision of internal audits and compliance reporting of internal audit results \xc2\xb7 Assist Group controller with various division audits \xc2\xb7 Follow-up with operations of non-compliance issues in regard to internal audits \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation and analysis of plant level financial reporting \xc2\xb7 Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages \xc2\xb7 Plant level cash flow reporting and reconciliations \xc2\xb7 Prepare financial statements of various assigned companies \xc2\xb7 Travel to divisions as requested \xc2\xb7 Business KPI, scorecard and financial analysis \xc2\xb7 Interact with operational business leaders on performance matters \xc2\xb7 Keep current on accounting and business topics and knowledge \xc2\xb7 Completes any other assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned \xc2\xb7 Maintains confidentiality of all information received from the company \xc2\xb7 Adheres to 5S philosophy QUALIFICATIONS: \xc2\xb7 Business Degree or equivalent with CMA, CA, CPA designation an Asset \xc2\xb7 10 years accounting experience \xc2\xb7 Experience in areas such as: audit, corporate financial reporting, product valuation methods, month-end closing procedures, year-end closing procedures, external audit preparation. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and multi-task Experienced user of spreadsheets, Excel, word applications Redoe Mold has an accommodation process in place and provides accommodations for employees with disabilities.
