Position Summary:
Position: Planning Administrator
Type: Temporary (Approximately 12-18 months)
Location: CNRL Horizon - Facility Maintenance
Schedule: 4x3

Role Summary:
The Planning Administrator performs all general and specific administrative and clerical functions to the site in support of effective and efficient operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and make changes to assets and locations in Maximo
Maintain spreadsheets and projections for each department
Troubleshoot as needed
Maintain and distribute material forecasting
Create Preventative Maintenance change forms
Maintain Preventative Maintenance setup spreadsheets and projections
Send out SWO work orders and maintain routes
Maintain annual and preventative maintenance schedules
Administrative tasks including filing, printing, and more
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma
Minimum of two (2) years relevant administrative experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel, Word and Outlook
Typing speed (50+ WPM), accuracy and spelling
Excellent customer service skills
Proven ability to be flexible with the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
Detail orientated, meticulous approach to work, troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Positive attitude, reliable and team orientated with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
Excellent time management skills
High level of efficiency while maintaining accuracy
Sensitive to issues of confidentiality and compliance
Experience in Maximo an asset
