Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Finance with a dotted line to the Vice President the Human Resources Manager provides professional and responsive HR support through expertise in full cycle recruitment, engagement, performance management, development, appreciation, and compensation. Supporting Production Supervisors, the Human Resource Manager collaborates in in the daily management of the team. Maintaining accurate records and analysis the Human Resource Manger contributes the overall vision of the labour force. An ambassador of corporate culture, the Human Resource Manager engages all team members while upholding and demonstrating the Core Values.

Duties

Champion HR process improvement and Corporate HR initiatives for field and office staff Assist in identifying current and future manpower needs, and developing a hiring strategy to fulfill those needs, and fuel growth Leading the HR team First point of contact driving recruitment administer on-boarding, and exit process Support Supervisors with performance management and maintain disciplinary records Construct and co-facilitate progression plans to support internal growth and succession planning Administrator annual goal-based incentive program for all employees presenting results to the team on regular scheduled intervals Refine, track and facilitate performance evaluations with the leadership team Conduct and evaluate employee satisfaction surveys Respond to employees' inquiries and concerns Consolidate time sheet data from field staff for payroll submission Support executive with data analytics to drive engagement, retention, efficiency, and budget compliance Champion culture committee initiatives and events Advance workplace morale and core values Oversea health and safety registration compliance Manage employee health benefit and retirement savings plans Participate in the health and safety committee Accurate maintenance and compliance of all Human Resource and employee files Other related duties as assigned
