Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Planned Maintenance Service Coordinator to oversee the planned maintenance program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, have excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail skills with the ability to manage projects effectively.
Duties
included but not limited to:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance work orders for quarterly and annual customers as well as the follow-up repairs.
Read and analyze tech notes for providing reports and estimates on required work.
Utilize our systems to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
Provide back-up to main service dispatch by keeping up to 10 trucks moving throughout the day and being professional and personable with all callers.
Act as secondary Safety Admin - includes but not limited to completing customers safety documentation, ensuring training is up to date and assisting with the yearly audit.
Experience
Overhead door knowledge is appreciated but not required as you'll be responsible for taking advantage of our staff's acquired knowledge of service to help support all our customers.

Pay: $35,360.00-$47,840.00 per year
