They are known for their dedicated team focused on delivering the best solution for customers, grown to 10 offices and over 200 people. They are currently in search of a Commercial Account Manager to service a book of business with medium to large accounts in various industries.The Commercial Account Manager will work alongside a Producer, service existing clients and collaborate with administration, underwriters, management and other advisors in the office.About The Position:

• Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
• Respond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companies
• Participate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value-added services to clients
• Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices
• Stay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partners
• Market accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes

Job Requirements:

• Level 2 Alberta insurance license
• You have minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager at a brokerage
• You have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
• CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset
