As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas while ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards. Cook pizzas to perfection in accordance with customer specifications and restaurant guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper food storage and sanitation practices. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery to customers. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, including meal preparation for other menu items.

Skills

Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen setting. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that exceed customer expectations.
