Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. Hand-stretch dough, prepare toppings, sauces, and manage oven technique with precision. Maintain consistency, quality, and timing during high-volume service. Uphold kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP standards. Support the culinary team during banquets, private events, and chef's table experiences. Ensure mise en place and prep are completed efficiently before service.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef in an Italian kitchen. Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, hydration, and oven management. Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment. Passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail in presentation. Culinary school diploma/certification is an asset. Team player with professionalism and respect in the kitchen. Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, events).

Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
