Little Town Pizza Lake Cowichan is looking for a reliable, motivated

Part-Time Pizza Cook/Closing Cook

to join our team. This position is primarily evenings and weekends, with some daytime prep shifts required.

Position Overview:

Part-time, approx.

3 shifts per week to start (Saturday, Sunday, Mondays)

Evening and weekend availability is

as scheduled Responsible for cooking, closing duties, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen Train across multiple areas of the restaurant, focusing on customer service and cooking. Start with 3 days per week with possibility of more shifts in future and options to cover shifts for other staff

Key Job Duties:

Make and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards. Assist customers by taking their orders, answering questions, and handling payments. Prep ingredients for pizzas and other menu items, ensuring freshness and proper portioning. Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and assist with general cleaning tasks. Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas. Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and maintaining food storage. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction and timely orders. Completing prep tasks during daytime shifts Closing kitchen duties (cleaning, dishes, organizing, etc.) Following food safety and cleanliness guidelines

Kitchen Experience:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Dependable with a strong work ethic.
