Pizza Team Member

Location:

Little Town Pizza - Chemainus

Hours:

Approximately 25-32 hours per week to start

Schedule:

Part-time to start, 3-4 days per week,

including evening and closing shifts

Opportunity for Full-Time:

Up to 5 days per week / full-time hours available for the right individual after the probationary period

Little Town Pizza Ltd. is a busy and growing pizzeria located in the heart of Chemainus, BC, now operating from our brand-new location. As part of the Roberts Street Pizza family, proudly serving the Cowichan Valley since 1997 (29 years), we are known for our friendly atmosphere, fast-paced environment, and top-quality food.

We are looking for a reliable and positive team member who enjoys working with customers, taking orders, helping make pizzas, and assisting with evening prep and

closing duties

. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, cares about quality, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

Candidates willing to work in Chemainus, Ladysmith, and possibly Lake Cowichan will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and take customer orders in person and over the phone with a positive attitude Assist in making pizzas and preparing ingredients for the day and upcoming shifts Follow prep lists and recipes to ensure consistency and efficiency Stock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and complete

end-of-day and closing duties

Provide friendly and attentive customer service Support other team members and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working

weekends

Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment Previous kitchen or customer service experience is an asset, but training will be provided
Growth and Advancement

This position is part-time to start, with the potential to move into

full-time (5 days per week)

after the probationary period for the right candidate. Team members who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and leadership potential can advance quickly within the company.

As we grow and add new menu items, we'll train the right candidate on our new offerings and kitchen processes. Opportunities may also be available at our Ladysmith and Lake Cowichan locations.
