Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires an understanding of food safety standards and the ability to work collaboratively within a kitchen team.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management Follow all kitchen procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Familiarity with cooking techniques, particularly in pizza preparation and baking Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues

Pay: $16.70-$23.60 per hour
