Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats. Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times. Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed. Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.
