Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Delivery

: Safely and efficiently deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers within a 10-15 minute radius of the store.

Boxing & Packaging

: Assist in preparing pizza boxes and packaging food items for delivery, ensuring everything is packed securely and accurately.

Cooler Refill

: Refill and organize coolers with beverages and other items during your shifts to ensure product availability and stock rotation.

Pizza Cutting

: On occasion, you may be asked to cut pizzas to order to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Fryer Duties

: Assist in frying wings or other menu items when needed, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and ready for delivery.

Customer Service

: Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service to customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner.

Vehicle Maintenance

: Ensure that your delivery vehicle is clean, safe, and in working condition.

General Cleanliness

: Help maintain cleanliness of the store, delivery area, and other workstations as required.

Qualifications

:

Must be

within 10-15 minutes

of the store to ensure timely deliveries. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation (must own or have access to a vehicle). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work well with others and be part of a team. Must be flexible with tasks, including occasional pizza cutting and fryer duties. Must be able to lift and carry orders (up to 25 lbs).

Preferred Skills

:

Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required. Knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
