Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious pizzas that delight our customers. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our menu offerings while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and utilized efficiently to minimize waste. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection. Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality meals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
