Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas and maintaining food safety standards. This role is essential to our kitchen operations and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking. Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with patrons when necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in cooking, particularly in pizza preparation, is highly desirable. A background in the food industry or kitchen experience will be beneficial for this role.
