Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious pizzas that delight our customers. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, including appetizers and salads. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly valued. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
