About us
Trattoria Vesso is hiring a full-time Pizzaiolo at competitive rates! We are looking for passionate people with experience in pizza making - who love pizza. We are AVPN Certified and follow the traditional Neapolitan pizza making techniques and use a wood-fired oven.
Full-time hours are available, kitchen's last call is 10pm. You will be cooking and serving customers directly at our downtown Italian restaurant at the corner of Hollis and Morris Streets in Halifax.
Necessary skills:
A strong understanding of AVPN Standards. Professional communication skills with staff and guests An understanding of using recipes for frequently changing feature items
Experience:
3+ years experience in pizza preparation and Italian Cuisine
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
