Responsibilities
Food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
Guest service remains a priority, and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
Effectively communicate to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for smooth operations.
Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
1+ years of previous experience in a similar environment
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Food Safety Certification
Physically capable to stand for an extended period, frequent reaching and bending during food preparations, able to lift and carry up to 24kg/50lbs.
Must be available evening, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in Italian and Spanish cuisine is an asset but not necessary.
