We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join Scarpetta Cucina Italiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine with extensive experience with hand- stretch pizza. Scarpetta takes their Pizza very seriously and the perfect candidate will share that same passion for excellence! Duties
Prepare and roll pizza dough according to Chef's instructions on a daily basis.
Efficiently work pizza station and ability to work in a fast paced kitchen
Maintain a clean and organized station.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with prep work as needed.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house.
Qualifications
Proven culinary and pizza experience. 5 years minimum experience.
Proficiency in cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices.
Experienced Cook in Italian cuisine and plate dishes to order during service.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and front-of-house staff.
