We are seeking a talented and passionate

Pizza Chef

to join Scarpetta Cucina Italiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine as well as strong skills and knowledge of making hand stretched pizza. We take extreme pride in our pizza and all that goes into making it amazing. We are looking for someone who shares that same passion!

Duties



Stretching and making pizzas in woodfire oven Maintain a clean and organized station. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with prep work as needed. Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house. In charge of making and rolling pizza dough according to Chef's instructions for service. Ensuring that line always has enough dough for service.

Skills



Strong knowledge and experience with hand tossed pizza.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proven experience in cooking and food preparation within a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen staff. Strong background in Italian Cuisine and Pizza. A passion for serving high-quality meals and enhancing the dining experience for guests. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$32.53 per hour
