Overview:A Table Games Pit Manager is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of an assigned section of Table Games on the gaming floor. Under the direction of the Shift Manager, the Pit Manager is expected to provide leadership, demonstrate integrity, and be a role model for all team members under their direction. Duties will include employee development, staffing adjustments, the management and enforcement of all applicable policies and procedures (for both Table Games operations, general property guidelines and provincial regulations), all while maintaining the highest standards of player service. They are responsible for creating memorable moments for all of our guests by ensuring that their team is offering an exciting, well-paced, accurately dealt and fairly delivered gaming experience that will ensure player satisfaction and return play.
