Jardeg is actively recruiting Pipefitter Journeypersons to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site, located near Fort McMurray, Alberta for a short outage starting December 7.
This is a fly-in, fly-out role, where charter flights are conveniently arranged from either Calgary or Edmonton. This project is a straight through rotation, encompassing workdays of 12 hours each days and night shifts, complete with two 30-minute breaks (one paid and one unpaid).
This temporary engagement is slated to commence in mid-November for about 12 nights.
Pipefitters play a crucial role in the industrial landscape. They are responsible for laying out, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing piping systems used for heating, cooling, lubricating, and other essential processes. Beyond installation, pipefitters also handle the removal and replacement of worn components, conduct general maintenance work, and may contribute to plant shut-down activities. Your expertise in piping systems will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of critical processes within the oil and gas industry.
