We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates/Barre/HIIT/Yoga Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness through engaging and effective fitness classes. This role requires a blend of teaching expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a welcoming environment for all participants. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate in both English and French is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and Yoga classes that cater to various skill levels. Develop and implement class plans that promote physical fitness and well-being. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants understand exercises. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participants to achieve their fitness goals. Monitor participants' progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote classes and events. Uphold safety standards and ensure all equipment is used correctly.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching Pilates, Barre, HIIT, or Yoga classes. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer service opportunities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Strong time management skills to effectively plan classes and manage schedules. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate participants. A valid certification in Pilates, Barre, HIIT, or Yoga instruction is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$49.89 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
