Job Title: Fitness Instructor

Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and skilled Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers to lead group classes and provide personal training for residents in our partner condos. You will deliver fun, safe, and effective workouts while helping to build a strong fitness community within each building.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging group fitness classes in condominium amenity spaces. Motivate and connect with clients, creating an inclusive, positive environment. Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain a safe workout space. Represent Elevate Fitness professionally and uphold our high standards. Design and implement safe, effective, and dynamic workouts Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to residents' goals and abilities (Personal Trainers Only). Assist in organizing and promoting fitness events and wellness workshops.

Requirements:

Certified Fitness Instructor and/or Personal Trainer (CPT, ACE, CanFitPro, or equivalent). Experience teaching group fitness classes or providing personal training. Knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and injury prevention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels. Reliable, professional, and passionate about fitness and wellness. CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
