We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a welcoming environment for all participants. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in both English and French are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and needs. Develop class plans that incorporate various Pilates techniques and principles. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all participants, ensuring equipment is properly set up and maintained. Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating clients and encouraging them to reach their personal fitness goals. Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely starts and finishes while respecting participants' time.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role is preferred. Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French; bilingual candidates are highly valued. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proven time management abilities to handle multiple classes and client needs efficiently. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and promote a positive atmosphere within the studio environment.
