We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide personalized instruction, and create a welcoming environment for all participants. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in English and French are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. Provide personalized instruction, ensuring proper technique and form to maximize benefits and prevent injury. Develop class plans that cater to the needs of clients while promoting overall wellness and fitness. Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and progress. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, including equipment setup and breakdown. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress, goals, and any modifications needed for their practice. Demonstrate strong customer service skills by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Manage time effectively to ensure classes start and end on schedule while providing adequate attention to each participant.

Requirements

Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized program is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus, making bilingual communication an asset. Strong teaching skills with the ability to lead classes confidently and effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues alike. Proven customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong time management skills to balance class preparation, instruction, and administrative tasks efficiently. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients while fostering a collaborative team environment.
