Duties

Conduct group and individual Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels. Educate clients on proper techniques, modifications, and the benefits of Pilates. Develop engaging class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises to maintain client interest. Provide exceptional customer service by fostering positive relationships with clients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress and any adjustments needed in their routines. Manage class schedules efficiently to ensure optimal attendance and client satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance your skills through professional development.

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role. Certification in Mat and Reformer Pilates Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple classes and client needs. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele. Certification from a recognized Pilates training program is required.
