We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Pilates and be able to create engaging and effective classes for participants of all skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness within our community while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment for all clients.

Responsibilities

Lead group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants. Develop class plans that cater to various skill levels, adapting exercises as needed to meet the needs of each participant. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations, utilizing strong communication skills to enhance the learning experience. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention through excellent customer service. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Pilates instruction, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized program is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred. Strong teaching skills with the ability to lead classes effectively while demonstrating leadership qualities. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building a positive environment for clients to thrive. Strong time management abilities to effectively schedule classes and be punctual, reliable, and professional. Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience teaching Pilates in a group class setting.
