Summary

We are seeking a passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team at Active-Med Health and Wellness Centre. In this role, you will guide clients through Pilates sessions, helping them improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will play a vital role in promoting a healthy lifestyle within our community.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals of all skill levels. Assess clients' fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet their specific needs. Educate clients on the principles of Pilates and the benefits of regular practice. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Encourage clients to set personal goals and support them in achieving these objectives.

Requirements

Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized institution. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent time management skills to handle class schedules efficiently. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate clients during sessions.
