Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have an interest and preferred but not required experience teaching classes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients of all levels. This role offers an opportunity to inspire others on their wellness journey while fostering a positive and supportive environment. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging classes, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring clients have a safe and effective workout experience.

Responsibilities

Lead group pilates classes and private Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and needs Demonstrate proper techniques and form to ensure safety and effectiveness Foster a welcoming, motivating, and professional environment for all participants Communicate clearly with clients regarding class instructions, progress, and feedback Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio equipment and space Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly Uphold the studio's standards for professionalism, safety, and client confidentiality

Qualifications

Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited program is preferred but not required Proven experience teaching Pilates or similar fitness classes Excellent teaching ability with a focus on clear instruction and motivation Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster a positive environment Prior experience working in a fitness or wellness setting is advantageous but not required
