Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques, and will be committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper form and technique. Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of clients. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to enhance client understanding of exercises. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation from all skill levels. Maintain open communication with clients to assess progress and address any concerns. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve teaching methods. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to promote overall wellness programs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching Pilates or related fitness disciplines. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Strong time management skills to ensure classes start and end on schedule. Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate participants. A valid certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization is preferred. A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their health goals. Pay: From $35.00 per hour
