We are seeking an energetic and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will inspire members of all ages to achieve their fitness goals through engaging Pilates classes that emphasize core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Your enthusiasm will help create a motivating environment that encourages health, wellness, and community connection.

Duties

Lead dynamic Pilates classe9s) tailored to various skill levels, focusing on proper technique and safety. In particular we have an opening for Wednesday 11:30 am 1-hour Pilates class beginning January 7th, 2026. Design innovative workout programs incorporating principles of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge. Provide personalized guidance to participants to improve posture, flexibility, and overall fitness. Foster an inclusive and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation and progression. Promote upcoming classes and programs to increase community engagement and membership.

Requirements

Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization. Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with a focus on Pilates or similar modalities. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics relevant to exercise science. Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly while providing modifications for different abilities. Passion for health, wellness, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that motivates participants of all ages. Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
