ReJen 8 is a high-end, multi-room Pilates studio

committed to delivering premium, personalized movement experiences. We are currently seeking a

dynamic, passionate, and professional Pilates Instructor

to join our growing team at our

Burnaby and Coquitlam Centre

locations.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups Design and deliver personalized workout programs tailored to each client's needs and goals Provide clear verbal cueing and demonstrate proper technique throughout sessions Motivate, educate, and support clients in achieving their fitness and wellness objectives Monitor client progress and modify programs as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and professional studio environment Foster a welcoming and positive client experience aligned with the ReJen 8 brand
Requirements

Full Equipment Certification is a MUST

(Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Ladder Barrel)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, inspire, and connect with clients Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in English is required

(Fluency in Korean or Chinese -- Mandarin or Cantonese -- is an asset)

Ability to clearly educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and mindful movement Strong time management and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$80.00 per hour
