Our mission is to help clients reconnect to their bodies through intentional care--bridging science, softness, and sensory restoration.

Featherlight Studio
is our sister wing--a warm, light-filled movement space dedicated to restorative practice, somatic education, and community connection.
Position Overview
We are seeking a
certified Pilates Instructor
who embodies mindful movement and anatomical awareness.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in biomechanics and a trauma-informed approach, creating experiences that are not only strengthening but deeply regulating for the nervous system.
This role is perfect for someone who values collaboration, professionalism, and bringing a gentle, refined presence to the studio environment.

classes (private + small group).

Responsibilities
Lead small-group or private Pilates sessions in the Featherlight Studio.
Customize movement sequences to support posture, lymph flow, and functional balance.
Educate clients on alignment, breath, and body awareness.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a clean, welcoming studio environment.
Contribute to occasional community events or seasonal workshops if aligned.
Requirements
Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer).
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
Current liability insurance and CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and welcoming space.

Compensation
