Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor that has their certification in reformer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Pilates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients of all levels. This role offers an opportunity to inspire others through health and wellness while fostering a supportive and engaging attitude. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and individual needs Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure correct form to prevent injuries Develop customized workout plans for clients based on their goals and abilities Maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and growth Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring timely start and end times Promote wellness programs and encourage participation in additional classes or workshops Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques, industry trends, and certifications Communicate clearly with clients in both English and French (if bilingual) to enhance understanding and engagement

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or similar teaching role Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is preferred Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is a plus Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Effective time management skills to handle multiple classes and client appointments efficiently Leadership qualities that foster a positive class environment and promote client loyalty Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual client needs and goals
