The Community Manager is the heartbeat of Reset Studio. This role is responsible for building relationships, nurturing our members, and shaping the in-studio and online community experience. You will be the bridge between brand, members, and team.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day community engagement both in-studio and online
Oversee member experience from first visit to long-term retention
Manage social DMs, comments, and community communication
Support events, launches, and community activations
Gather member feedback and translate insights into improvements
Collaborate with instructors and practitioners to ensure aligned experience
Uphold Reset's brand tone, values, and service standards

Experience in wellness, hospitality, or community-focused brands
Comfortable managing multiple touchpoints at once
Passionate about wellness, movement, and human connection
