Picker/packer/warehouse Operative
Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Packer to join our team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment in a warehouse setting. Duties: - Utilize order picking techniques to assemble and pack items for shipping - Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders - Build and seal boxes to ensure safe transportation of goods - Use mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as clamp trucks, cranes, and other machinery - Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed - Perform heavy lifting duties to move products within the warehouse Qualifications: - Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred - Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures - Ability to handle physical demands including heavy lifting - Proficiency in using warehouse management systems is a plus - Knowledge of clamp trucks, cranes, and other industrial equipment is beneficial Join our team today and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills will be valued and developed.
